Dogs wag their tails for many reasons and it DOES NOT always mean that they are happy.

There are many dog foods on the market that are considered to be very unhealthy. Unless otherwise directed by a veterinarian (due to a certain medical condition), here is a guideline to follow when looking at dog food labels:
- A meat should be the first ingredient.
- The guaranteed analysis protein level should be 30% or more.
- The fat content should be 18% or more.
- Supplements such as Omega Fatty Acids and Vitamin E are good to have.
- NO FOOD COLORING!!!!!
9. Humping is always sexual in nature.

Deaf dogs adapt to their new life without hearing and while they can become startled more easily at times, it does not mean that they are going to become aggressive or bite.

I always wanted to know the dogs seeing in black and white thing!!! This was really informative and interesting as well. I would be cool to know what is different about the composition of the dogs eyes that allows then to only see in their specific wavelength of colors. Like in humans have 2 main types of cells in their eyes cone cells for color and rod cells for black and white. rod cells are used under low light conditions and the cone cells are used whenever this is enough light to see a color. The nose thing is also a very useful fact to know.
